We were told the shuttle would pick us up but the time extended 3 times. We ended up waiting an hour on their shuttle to come get us to take us to the truck. The driver told us if we didn’t listen to him he’d leave the whole group and make us find a ride to our cars. The jeep was cool but the experience was terrible. This is not the typical one on one Turo experience. I’ll never work with them again.
