Communication was great. They made sure we found the vehicle and gave us very detailed instructions that made the experience smooth and easy. However, there was a strong smell of smoke (weed/cigarettes) that permeated throughout the car and even got on our clothes. It made what would’ve been a great experience, a HUGE and unfortunate one.
