car smelled like marijuana damage to car that doesnt reflect pictures and passenger cant adjust seat. no type of accommodation. i wouldve gladly took another car from him but it wasnt offered. I only kept bc it was late and hotel was far

Really good experience renting through this Turo host. The team was helpful and genuinely cared about making things go smoothly. I unfortunately had a car accident right at the end of the rental, but they handled everything calmly and professionally, which made a stressful situation a lot easier.
I’d definitely rent from them again without hesitation. Just know that taking a shuttle to get to the car is part of the pickup process, but once you expect it, it’s no big deal.

Everything from booking to return was seamless. Amir and other hosts were in constant communication thru the app messaging. Provided a shuttle from the airport to car and return to airport included with reservation. Also provided a booster seat for our little. Car was in great condition, clean and well maintained. Thank you greatly to the hosts, 10/10 recommend!
