Pick up and drop off was easy and fast. We picked up at the Orlando airport and dropped off at the same location. Directions were very clear and understandable. The car rode wonderfully had plenty of room in the back for our suitcases. But what highlighted my trip is our airline went out of business mid trip and the host was more than happy to adjust our drop off time to make the new flight work for us. As a single mom that was amazing it took a lot of stress off my shoulders during a very stressful situation. You are truly appreciated!

Pickup was very easy dropoff was a bit harder to it being difficult to find parking but car was in relatively good shape
