I had a good experience renting through Turo, and I appreciate Dan for communicating with me throughout the rental process. The pickup instructions were detailed and helpful, making it easier to locate the vehicle at the airport. The vehicle served its purpose during our trip, although there was a moment when it seemed like it didn’t want to start. Overall, I appreciate the opportunity to rent from Dan and use Turo for our Orlando trip.
Dan was very attentive, kind, and communicative throughout the rental process. The pickup instructions were clear and helpful, which made getting the vehicle at the airport much easier. Overall, I appreciate Dan’s excellent customer service. The only concern was that the vehicle hesitated to start at one point, which made me worry about being left stranded. Despite that concern, I’m grateful for the experience and appreciate Dan’s attentiveness throughout the process. Thank you, Dan!

Communication was great, friendly, and fast. The vehicle was great for the most part. I think a little more attention to detail on the cleanliness would be helpful. There were some sticky spots on the dash and gear shift area reminiscent of dried soda. Might also suggest getting a washable steering wheel cover to hide the wear and some spot treatment for all the stains on the ceiling. Would be nice to put that the renter is responsible for the cost of pickup at the airport upfront on the rental page as well. As well as more details of the car seat. I asked for a car seat fit for a 3yo toddler which I was told was available but the car seat provided was for a younger child and wasn’t useable for us. So maybe study up on the various car seats so you’re providing folks with the proper, safe equipment they’re paying for.
