Parking lot is definitely difficult to manage.. but the team was very responsive and helpful. Would use again

Easy instructions for pickup/drop off, great communication and nice car. Not something that they can control probably, but the lot to pickup/drop off is insanely long and it was difficult to find a space to drop off that wasn’t a trek back to the shuttle.

Great car and great host! No issues on that at all, communication was great, and car was perfect! Pickup location was odd, parking lot ran out of spots and the shuttle took forever (Omni), ended up having to uber to airport from there because we would have missed our flight. BUT, I would rent again because of the car
