Car was fine, the process was not smooth, the offsite pickup/drop off is very stressful.
Thank you for your feedback. Due to airport regulations and Turo guidelines, offsite pickup/drop-off is required. We’ve implemented a shuttle system to make the process as smooth and quick as possible, but we understand it can feel different from traditional rentals. We appreciate your input and will continue improving the experience

Car was good but not in perfect condition . Did good for what we needed . The good thing about this car is you can fit 8 passager . The owner was really responsive thanks
