The host and vehicle were great. The car was in good shape and the host was very responsive. I will say, be careful when you book this or any of the many “airport pickup” vehicles. This was not at the airport at all. Instead, it was a 10 minute shuttle ride to a private off-site lot that you have to go to and locate the vehicle. You also have to return it there as well. I was told this was Turo policy but this was not disclosed anywhere when we booked the vehicle. I will not rent another Turo vehicle when flying into MCO/Orlando. It was very inconvenient having to handle the luggage twice each way and account for extra time for a reservation that was supposed to be on-site pick up and drop off. I gave 5 stars for the vehicle itself and the host. Not the process to pick up and return the vehicle.
