Mimi’s Genesis GV80 was an amazing experience from start to finish. The car itself is very, very nice and incredibly smooth to drive. The matte black finish really stands out—it has a sleek, luxury look that turns heads everywhere you go. I got so many looks while driving it, and it definitely gives off a high-end, stylish vibe. On top of that, it runs great on gas, which was a big plus, and the ride quality is super smooth and comfortable whether you’re driving short distances or longer trips.
The pickup and drop-off process was also extremely easy and stress-free. The lockbox system made accessing the car simple and convenient, with no confusion at all. Mimi made everything even better by providing very clear and easy-to-follow instructions, so I knew exactly what to do at every step. She was also very responsive and quick to reply whenever I had a question, which made the whole experience feel even more reliable and professional. Overall, everything was seamless, and I would definitely book with her again without hesitation.
