Everything was a smooth and easy process. Finding the car was quick and easy location had a shuttle that drops you off. Host was great explaining everything so that way you knew exactly what was going on. Car is a great size, great on gas and runs perfectly. Thank you Lucia for everything!

The vehicle ran fine, and the car was clean. Instructions to find the vehicle were vague and it took an hour to figure out how to get to the cars location. Would be beneficial to add terminal for shuttle to correct lot, and which shuttle stop to welcome message. Wipers needed replaced and air filters may need changed, the car was a bit musty smelling with the ac on. Lastly, had discussed with the host an alternate drop off location out of normal delivery range(other airport) as a possibility. Host had confirmed it was an option for a fee, and to let them know of decision once trip started. We did decide to do an alternate drop off location and were informed they would no longer be able to accommodate that option. Just wish they would have been more transparent they couldn’t guarantee it as it wouldn’t have changed our booking, but would have given us a bit more mental preparedness. Overall, car did what it needed to do and was cost effective.
