Worse person to rent from, rent a car two hours later got a flat tire, I call a road service to patch the tire ones the they check the tires they couldn’t patch it because it had already been patch in the same place as well as a plug. So I had to put a new tire. I let the renter know what was going on I never replied back , also him I could at least got a refund on what I spent on the tire never got an answer from him .
We take safety and communication seriously. This vehicle passed inspection prior to the trip. Tire damage can occur unexpectedly on the road and is not always preventable. We were not provided clear documentation or communication at the time to properly assist or review reimbursement. We’re always happy to review any concerns when reported promptly through the proper channels.
