Vehicle was not drivable. Vehicle had faulty, left rear tire. Host was unable to authorize Repair to get repaired in time. Lost an entire day of travel had to buy emergency plane, tickets to complete journey.
Brian •
We’re sorry the trip ended this way. The vehicle was inspected after the concern was reported, and the tire shop documented a single nail in the left rear tire in a non-repairable location. The two nails observed in the front tire had not penetrated the tire. There was no mechanical defect identified with the vehicle, nor was it possible to determine when or where the road-hazard puncture occurred. We remained responsive throughout the situation and appreciate the vehicle being returned safely.
