The car was fine - not thrilled that there is no parking at the place to pick up and drop off

It was the worse turo car rental I have ever rented ! It has roaches I found 4 germen roaches (where you only find in dirty houses,apartments,and cars. I told the owner about the roaches and he responded with a sarcastic response” check my metrics because this infestation is preposterous” . I asked for any type of accommodation and he said there won’t be any and also when I first got the car he said it was cleaned but I found a cup top under the seat, a chip bag in the back seat of the arm rest and straws in the door handle. “But it was cleaned” worst experience ever and the roaches was the worst part . When we got home from our trip we had to empty all our bags OUTSIDE because of the infestation this car had. Never again!
