Very disappointing rental experience. The Durango wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I had to wait outside. The vehicle also had trouble starting and took multiple attempts to turn over. The tires appeared worn, and the SUV accelerated very slowly, which made merging into traffic feel unsafe. The only positive part of this trip was the communication, which was great throughout the process. Unfortunately, the condition of the vehicle fell well below expectations.

Pickup was on time and as arranged, and the host is communicative.
However the car is really beat up. Half the time it wouldn’t start until you cranked it twice. Lot of engine rattles, brakes were soft. Several cosmetic damages throughout and generally a very well used and tired car. Wouldn’t rent it again.
