Overall, we had a great experience! Pickup was super easy, although having to pay for parking was a little annoying. The complimentary snacks and water were such a thoughtful touch, especially since my son was hungry when we arrived! The vehicle is a little older, so there wasn't Apple CarPlay, but I brought my own suction phone holder and it worked perfectly. I also LOVED all the cup holders! 😂 The best part was how great it was on gas. We drove EVERYWHERE and only had to fill up once! Definitely a reliable and comfortable ride for our trip!

This was my first experience using Turo and Erdis Global did a great job at making it very convenient. It was much easier than dealing with the line at the rental counters in the terminal. My car, with keys in a lock box, were parked right near the baggage claim. Super quick for pick up and drop off. Excellent communication and care taken!
