The car was nice, drove well and was in great condition. There was no wiggle room to extend even an hour which added frustration to an already frustrating day

The car was amazing. The host was great. But picking up the car and returning it was a big challenge. Oils not get to the parking lot had to walk way out of the way to get to the car. Dropping it off was just as bad because we were told the parking lot is not designed for torror cars. The bus rarely comes to get you. We almost missed our flight because of all the hassle.
Waited almost 40 minutes for a bus to get to the terminal that was not even mine to begin with. Then had to walk a ways to get to our terminal
