The Trax was perfect for our trip to Florida. It matched the listing photos, was clean, and drove smoothly throughout our trip. We did experience a few minor hiccups during pickup, but the host communicated well and apologized, which was appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the pickup and drop-off process. In my experience with Turo, pickup instructions are usually provided at least 24 hours in advance, and many rentals use a lockbox system that allows for a quick and convenient contactless check-in. With this rental, we needed to coordinate directly with the host for both pickup and drop-off at the airport, and the instructions were provided very close to check-in time. Clearer and earlier instructions would help make the process more efficient.
We also experienced some issues with Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay not consistently staying connected, which was a little frustrating, but it wasn’t a major problem and didn’t significantly impact our trip.
A big plus was the cargo space the trunk comfortably fit two full-sized suitcases, which was exactly what we needed.
Overall, we enjoyed the vehicle and would recommend it. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the Trax was reliable, comfortable, and a great fit for our Florida trip.

Service was great host made everything easy she left a message for me to locate the car with no Hassel I felt safe picking it up the car was clean gas tank on full I love everything bout this service definitely saving this car to my favorites.
