I experienced multiple ongoing issues with this vehicle, including the headlights going out several times and an engine overheating warning. I had to bring the car in multiple times for repairs and was assured it was reliable. I also requested a replacement but was told none were available.
Most concerning, I was left on the side of the road with my two-year-old daughter without a replacement vehicle or immediate assistance. Despite consistent communication, these issues were never properly resolved and significantly impacted the safety and reliability of this rental.

Cana you use the car to do applications and live in the car, there where days that my car has been on for 21 hours. I refunded you rental day to compensate the issue with the headlights that needed a repair that required the car to be left behind. I take pride in being a Turo host and in going above and beyond in helping my guests. You practically overheated the vehicle. There’s no way I was going to give you another car for you to blow it too. Turo is supposed to help you with a replacement.
