Absolutely awful check in experience. Terrible directions caused us over an hour and a half walking around the airport in the middle of the night. "Take the shuttle from any terminal." Not true... it only leaves from B. Was told to just ask at the information desk... they are closed at 11:30pm at night. He did give the row the car was parked on, but the drivers call out stops A,BC and D. If it wasn't for a helpful shuttle driver we would have never found the car. Worst turo experience. When I reached out to the host, he was no help at all. Turo doesn't care either. The car was fine but terrible customer service
