Charged me to refill the fuel to a full tank but give us the car with only 3/4 full and then charged a further $10 for the inconvenience of filling up. Stupidly I didn’t take a photo so no point in disputing but it’s not fair to rip someone off for the sake of it

Hi Charlie On Turo, you are responsible for the gas used during your trip. I already sent the necessary pictures showing exactly how much gas you used and that I paid for the rest myself.
This could have been avoided if you had filled the tank yourself, as our other customers do. The charge is only for the gas you used. This would also avoid the 10$ turo charge that they only charge costumers that don’t pay for the gas themselves and i even tried to remove it for you.
