There was no heated air conditioning, drives okay, Just really rocky

Car seats has cigarette holes all over, heat didn’t work, loud sound when starting vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop and had no choice but to rent this vehicle. I have pictures and videos to prove this vehicle is not worth renting!
