It is a 2021 vehicle, but even though it looked “clean,” we realized that it most likely has never had a full detailing. Cockroaches started appearing, and that is when we inspected it more closely and discovered that the plastic pieces around the cup holders, storage areas, and underneath the seats had NEVER been removed for cleaning. It was an experience I would not wish on anyone.
In addition, the inside portion of the driver-side front tire was worn down all the way to the wires. In the photo, you can even see that the tire is split open! We also received low tire pressure warnings, and there was no windshield washer fluid.
Overall, I did not feel confident about the safety of the vehicle, and we had a very unpleasant experience having to share the vehicle with unwanted animals.
I chose this vehicle even though the price was much higher compared to other options because of how close it was to my home, and I regret having to pay SO MUCH for such a bad experience.

Car was easy to find and get into. Troy responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had and there was open dialog the whole time. It was our first time using Turo and it was a great experience.
