Car was nice everything went fine with the car. Lowerred the rating only cause I requested to park in a covered lot because it was down pouring instead of the open one they require and they refused to accommodate and said they would charged me if I didn’t return it in same spot. It was a simple request . And the other lot was right across the street so I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. Wasn’t very nice and bad business.

We don’t make the parking rules. Turo and Orlando Airport set them, and both hosts and guests are required to follow them. You chose not to follow the rules, and unfortunately, you paid the price for that. Your frustration shouldn’t be directed at us for rules we don’t control.
