We just finished our summer family vacation with the help of Luis and TURO and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Luis offered to pick us up at the airport as well as driving us back to catch our flights. Always on time, always offered exceptional customer service for me and my family. The car was clean and as good as new. We drove the Suburban from Orlando to Clearwater, back to Orlando, down to Key West and back up to Orlando! Our experience was great, we can't wait to do it again! Luis is getting our highest review for his exceptional service and excellent customer service from the planning of our road trip, beginning of our vacation until the end! And on a side note, after I accidentally left my cell phone in the car, he kindly returned to the door to bring back my cell phone to me!
