The SUV is exactly what you see in the pictures. Still has the new car smell, communication with host was excellent as well.
I thought pick up and drop off would be hard but it was super easy. Host gives you literally step by step on where to pick up and what to do on both pick up and drop off.
And this was my first ever trip using TURO. Definitely will use them again!
