First and last time using Turo. My license was still “pending review” 1 hour prior to start of reservation leaving me in limbo on arrival and nervous we would not have transportation. I paid increased fee for delivery to Hyatt at Orlando Airport versus an outlying lot. Vehicle was delivered to parking garage (not clearly outlined in any communication that I was paying for this and not direct delivery). Vehicle was parked in poorly lit spot making it challenging to take good photos showing condition on my receipt of vehicle. I also noted a sticky substance where something had been spilled in the 3rd row that had not been cleaned after a previous driver.
Despite having paid the additional fee to pick up at the Hyatt (paid for when booking), upon exiting the garage I was charged for the cost of the parking garage — the fee for an entire day. Given that I paid a fee for direct delivery to the hotel, this was frustrating and not disclosed as an extra cost during booking.
The car itself drove well all week.
Returning was another poor experience. Return instructions for my reservation that ended at 7am were sent at 6:57am via message. This was extremely frustrating and stress-inducing. Once parked it took extra time to photograph the vehicle which is no fault of the owner, just my two cents in comparison to a typical rental.
I messaged the photos and location info to the owner and let them know car was parked/returned on time. Responded promptly when asked location of FOB.
Despite this, received multiple texts saying vehicle was returned late and a message that I would be charged late fees.
The icing on the cake was a final message requesting a 5 star review and offering a discount on a future trip in return.
Overall experience was not great. I’ll go back to standard rentals that are easy to rent and drop off at the airport.
Guests Driver license was validated and pick up instructions sent not later than 1 hour before trip starts. Guests can't pick up cars before that time. Automated instructions for airport delivery being delivered during one hour before trip starts.
parking and tolls expenses where announced in advanced and always can be found in guidelines and FAQ. Vehicle was parked in most convenient place for pick up upon guests arrival as she booked it. And guest was able to avoid approximate 2 hours queue.

This is a perfect way to rent a cars. Delivery the suburban directly to the airport and pick up . Highly recommended this company for all of your needs in Orlando mco airport.
