Vehicle is not at MCO, misleading You have to take a shuttle off site. So if you’re in a hurry then this may cause problem.

Car reeked of marijuana smoke and they said there was nothing they could do about it because they had already tried to clean it out but the smell wouldn’t go away. I said maybe they should mention that or take it out of their rotation. They were very communicative by text and calling until this issue came up and then they were suddenly very hard to get a hold of. The shuttle service was not the easiest to figure out because it doesn’t go to all the gates. I would not rent from them again, this has been my worst experience with Turo ever and we have used them multiple times.
