The host and the vehicle itself were great! The pickup and drop off location was a bit of a pain. I’ve rented from others on Turo in Orlando with airport pickup/dropoff with the vehicle being parked right outside the airport in the parking garage. Walked right out of the airport straight to our vehicle. Super easy. However this one was parked in the south economy lot. Had to take a shuttle to get to it. Had to do the same to drop it off. Not easy to do when you have 6 people and 8 luggage to tote with you. Ended up having to wait for a shuttle that had room for us and our luggage. But other than that we had no issues. Easy host to work with. Communication and directions were good. Car was clean and exactly as pictured. Thank you!
We’re sorry to hear that your trip was less than satisfactory. As of October 2024 Turo is not allowed to utilize the parking garages at MCO. This can result in fines and the towing of vehicles.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend! The car was excellently maintained, car seat was easily accessible, extremely easy pickup and drop off. Will definitely rent again when I am in the Orlando area.
