Terrible vehicle with a lot of problems. Dirty on the inside. We had to pay our detail guy to clean it.
Robert, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the vehicle did not meet your expectations. Prior to your trip, this Suburban had consistently received very positive feedback from other guests, and several of the concerns mentioned were not previously reported to us. Once I learned you would be taking a long out-of-state trip, I also proactively completed the oil service beforehand to help prepare the vehicle for the drive. We appreciate the feedback and are inspecting the items mentioned.
