I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the appearance and performance of this vehicle and the staff were very polite & professional. I would definitely use their service again.
There is an area of improvement with the pick up destination feature as it would not allow me to enter my home address and only allowEd pre loaded addresses. I had to pay an additional $25.00 simply because I wanted them to pick up the vehicle from the same address as the delivery point which is my home address...that does not seem equitably fair to me.
