We had a booking with a national car rental company, but they cancelled after our flight was delayed. We reached out to BM Rental last minute for a Suburban.
Even though it was late, this local family business got back to us right away and had the car to us within three hours, around 10pm! Super friendly, quick, and helpful the whole time, way better than MNCs.
Highly recommend BM Rental! Great, reliable service and you’re supporting a local business. We’d definitely use them again. Made our holiday a joy, thank you!

Great car! We could comfortably fit 7 adults in this car. A/C worked great and car functioned perfectly. During one point on our trip there were a few tiny cockroaches in the car (because Florida) we let the host know mainly so they would be aware for the next guest. They offered to come to where we are parked at Epcot and do pest control treatment immediately! Communication was excellent and they were very kind and fair! I would rent this vehicle from this host again!
