Pick up was easy and the car was great. We needed a big car for our Disney trip and it worked out perfect for 7 ppl with luggage and a stroller. Communication was great. Would rent again on next Orlando trip.

It is unfortunate that the drive from the Villages to MCO used enough gas to incur a fuel charge. The back-up camera was glitchy and almost unusable in dark conditions. Otherwise, everything was excellent. I would use again.
Sometimes the cameras go bad ! Thank you for letting us know and a new one has been ordered.

Vehicle worked out great, helpful getting back. Allow yourself extra time to pickup/return to lot if you fly into MCO. Not difficult, just takes a little time. Great experience!
