The lock box wouldn’t lock

The back wipers on the suburban did not work during the trip and we drove in a lot of rain. Also the tires on the vehicle are not aligned properly and are extremely worn on the outter sides. This made it extremely dangerous driving in heavy rains and we hydroplaned multiple times. With this being a suburban, I’m sure you expect children to be riding in it. My 1 and 2.5 year old were in it and it was not safe. I would suggest fixing these concerns. I also messaged the company requesting a partial refund and have not heard back.

Car was great- however, gas was only have full at pickup. Had to pay $14 to get out of
lot. Pickup was in economy lot off terminal (I wish the last 2 would’ve been communicated in the listing). Thank you
