I had an excellent experience renting this car through Turo! She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain where the car was located and made everything very easy and stress-free for me. Her communication was amazing, and she had so much patience answering my questions and guiding me when I needed help.
The whole experience felt smooth and comfortable thanks to her assistance. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend renting from her — definitely a 5-star experience!

The car quality was excellent drives great it was clean the car pick up and drop off location was easy in the host or hostess. They were great communicated when they needed to. I definitely recommend if you’re in Orlando area and you’re in need of a rental please book with Phoenix you will not be disappointed. I give 100 stars.
