The vehicle is in excellent aesthetic condition, but unfortunately it had mechanical issues, including a very serious brake problem. At one point, I completely lost the brakes due to what appeared to be a computer/electronic issue. I had to stop, turn the vehicle off, and restart it for the brakes to work again. It was a very scary experience.
Communication with the host was very good until I reported this issue. After that, unfortunately, I received no further response.

This was my first time using Turo, and Dulce Car Rental made the experience absolutely outstanding. I’ve rented vehicles many times before, and I can honestly say this was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had.
The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service. My plans changed unexpectedly, and I needed to extend my rental. They were incredibly flexible, accommodating, and made the extension process effortless. Their communication was prompt, professional, and genuinely customer-focused from beginning to end.
It’s rare to find a rental company that truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Dulce Car Rental exceeded all my expectations, and thanks to them, my first Turo experience couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and outstanding customer service. I will definitely be renting from them again!
