Everything was excellent only smelled like the vehicle was smoked in a few times but nice ride .

Pick up is easy, service was wonderful/
responses are very fast but car smelled like marijuana and had blunt wrapper under front seat.. would use the app again
Non of the guest before or after complaint on marijuana odor. We didn't feel it too. Vehicle was clean upon delivery bags all pictures uploaded from the carwash. Guest uploaded picture of one peace of paper deep under the seat at last day of the trip. It's surely not true marking vehicle wasn't clean. But we wish the best.

No issues with vehicle, easy to find when getting from airport, very responsive to messages, clear instructions when returning. Would recommend.

Car was great, though it was smaller than I expected. And there were NO INSTRUCTIONS of where to pick the car up. We wondered around the airport for an hour before we finally found someone to help us. It was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I use Turo often, this was my first time having trouble. But the communication from the host was not great.
No smoking allowed
