Car battery died before my trip even started. Bad communication.

We apologize for the unexpected battery issue. The vehicle had been operating normally prior to the trip, and unfortunately the battery failure occurred unexpectedly. We worked to address the situation as soon as we became aware of it. We understand how frustrating a mechanical issue can be at the start of a trip and appreciate the feedback.
Car definitely has some cosmetic issues but nothing that makes the car a bad ride or a bad look. The upkeep was good, given that it is an older car. It ran good and drove fine for a quick road trip. It had tons of space and fit 6 adults comfortably with suitcases and bags. Would recommend!

Nice vehicle for the price. Drove great. Has minor exterior cosmetic issues with paint chipping but a great deal for an Escalade rental. Includes a bunch of kid family movies / dvds for your drive time for the entertainment system.

Chris is nice however, This car has damage!! the driver side door is smashed in. There is some sort of cosmetic damage on every panel of the vehicle. the screen inside is half shattered as well. the car is mechanically great. drives smooth. however don’t expect the car to look good. there is also water in the left driver fog light. Peeling chrome on the vehicle.

We have been looking at buying an Escalade for our family and decided we would rent one on our trip to Florida to try it out for a few days. Chris was amazing, instructions and directions for where to find the car, pick up and drop off were effortless. Parking at The Parking Spot makes easy travel to and from the airport. This was the most comfortable driving vehicle I have ever drove and is very well maintained and taken care of for a vehicle on a rental app. Will definitely rent from Chris on our next visit!
