unfortunately this was not my fault, the parking lot was full and I had to park in another lot
Sellers communication was very poor. We were at the airport over an hour and a half before he ever contacted us. It was 15 minutes after the scheduled drop off time. The car only had a quarter tank of gas in it when it was delivered.

The retal was scheduled for 6pm and as I told you the the parking lot was full and and just could find a spot at 6:11 PM 11 minutes after you trip was supose to start
