We love animals, but many guests have pet allergies. We must remove all pet hair, deep-clean the interior, use ozone treatment, and replace the cabin air filter. This requires significant time and effort. Health always comes first.

The ride was nice but definitely needed some power steering fluid. Very communicative host and quick to respond

Dear Morgan, 🌹
Thank you for your 5-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We truly appreciate your feedback! 💜
Our BMW is regularly maintained at an authorized service center.
We also want to clarify that a serious steering system issue would affect steering performance.
Additionally, driving over 80 mph exceeds many posted speed limits, and vibrations can become more noticeable at higher speeds.
Your safety is our priority!
Thank you for choosing us! 🚗❤️
