I recently rented an X5M Competition and had a great overall experience. The car itself is amazing—super comfortable, extremely powerful, and definitely an eye-catcher wherever you go. It turns heads and drives just as good as it looks.
There was a slight issue during the rental, but the host handled it really well. He was very accommodating to my concerns, stayed in constant communication, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. That level of customer service really stood out and made a big difference in the experience.
Because of how professionally everything was handled, I would absolutely recommend renting from him again. Great car, great communication, and a host who genuinely cares about making sure you have a good experience.
