My trip didn’t last very long

The vehicle was delivered to the guest with no warning lights on and no mechanical issues. We also identified changes made to the tire pressure settings in the onboard system, which caused the dashboard warning light. All of our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each trip; however, the vehicle was returned with a strong cigarette odor, and a product had been sprayed inside the car to mask the smoke smell.
