Car was clean, tank was full, and car drove well! Would definitely rent from them again.

I never picked up or drove this car because my baggage was lost on my flight into Orlando and spent hours at the airport trying to figure this out. I contacted the host and made them aware and changed me drop off time to an hour and a half earlier and still got a message stating I was late returning the car and would be charged extra. What an additional stressor that was completely unwarranted and unnecessary as I never ever touched this car let alone drove it or returned it late.

Only issue was the sunroof did not properly. But overall a nice smooth ride . And host was very attentive and helpful.
