Just a little dirty otherwise everything was good

The vehicle was registered on Turo as an airport pickup and drop off, however the morning of my flight I got a notification I would need to drive an extra 40 minutes in the opposite direction to pick up the vehicle, as well as dropping it off. The host would not meet me closer, and it was a “no contact” drop off in the middle of a very strange area with no where to sit to wait for our uber. Upon pickup, the vehicle reeked of weed. The gas tank was only 1/4 full. The car had a maintenance light on the entire time and only one of the headlights worked. The license plate was from an auctioned car that seemed it just got off the lot, I don’t think the owner even ever looked at the car before they listed it to rent. All of these issues were reported to the host with no help or empathy. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Toro, I would strongly not recommend renting from this person.
