Sergio was great and very communicative throughout the experience. It was the first time picking up at the airport through Turo. I typically meet the host somewhere. The information and directions to pickup were simple and easy to follow. The BMW was comfortable and was great throughout the trip until the end. Had a minor inconvenience with my family, with the vehicle but Sergio was able to get me a replacement vehicle immediately. Would be 5 stars otherwise!

Car was perfect! Communication was excellent and quick. They made everything very easy.vehicle was clean, mechanically great, etc. We even got a boosterseat for our daughter for a very small charge. Would recommend to anyone who is traveling.

I wanted to say the trip was great, Ana and Sergio were very communicative and responsive, which is rare to find all the time, car was very comfortable and great for the travel experience, I would definitely go out of my way to book another trip with them again.
