Great European luxury car, it needs maintenance check and repair. New tires are suggested. There was a smoke odor and needed a car wash. The host was very responsive and kind.

The vehicle served its purpose for our trip, but overall this was not the experience I expected when booking a luxury vehicle on Turo. The car was not clean at pickup and had noticeable exterior damage that was not reflected in the listing photos, including a partially detached bumper. The interior also needed attention and did not smell freshly cleaned. I ended up spending additional money on a car wash immediately after pickup.
There were also maintenance concerns, including squeaking brakes, worn wheels/tires, and heavy brake dust buildup that suggested the vehicle may need servicing soon. Communication was slower than expected throughout the process as well.
I’ve rented through Turo multiple times and unfortunately this experience did not meet the standard I’ve experienced with other hosts. I appreciate being able to complete the trip successfully, but I likely would not rent from this host again.
