Pick was easy and straight forward. Host presented frustrated due to running behind which was understandable but the energy came off a little aggressive and intimidating. Experience was truck was very pleasant. Vehicle very clean and came with a half tank of gas.Break pad alert comes on prior to starting the vehicle but no issues with breaking while driving. Retuned on just a tad under full. Unfortunately, returning traffic was terrible due to Lollapalooza traffic in Chicago and was charged a $100 late fee via Zelle due to being on 12 min late despite communication via app and personal number that was sent. Drop off location was different vs what was on the app which was confusing. Drop off and pick up were apparently the same. Car returned the way it was picked up (no damages). Overall, nice luxury ride. Bridesmaids and I enjoyed the truck.
