Hi Angela, thank you for booking with me. I checked and indeed the fuse to the cigarette lighter was blown, thank you for letting me know. I have since replaced the fuse and it is now working perfectly. I wish you would have told me during your booking that it wasn’t working because I could have told you there is a spare usb port for charging inside the center console, I’ve checked and it is also working great. Thanks!
