I've rented from Turo many times and this car was the most comfortable fun ride I've had. It was very clean and in great running condition. The host was fantastic and very responsive. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the transmission that I could tell. No slipping or difficulty switching gears. I was a bit concerned when I read one of the reviews and if there happened to be an issue before there isn't one now. Anyway, I was satisfied with this trip and will definitely rent it again. The car was great. The host was great thank you Tim. It would’ve been a little more convenient too have the lighter outlet work so I could charge my device but other than that everything was great thanks again.

Everything was satisfactory with the car first time driving a Mercedes suv everything was good, except the transmission shifted a little rough. Nothing to major may have to do with the age/mileage of the car.

Regarding the transmission, it was serviced recently and the transmission mount was also replaced. I own two other cars with that same transmission, and all three have similar shifting characteristics. That said, I appreciate you letting me know, and I’ll continue to keep an eye on it to make sure everything is operating properly. Thank you again!
