This Volkswagen Tiguan was wonderful to drive. It was easy to locate per instructions. We found it clean and ready to drive with a full tank of gas. I would definitely rent from this owner again.
Being a newbie, first time Turo user, I found the app difficult to navigate. A simple step-by-step process would be much better. Getting lost in the app and having to start over made the process time-consuming and frustrating, especially in the dark. (Parking the car in a well lite area would be more favorable.)
The same goes for checking in the car at the end of our trip. I thought I had done it right but I ended up getting “late checkin” messages from Turo. The owner did tell me to ignore these messages, so kudos to them.
Give me “IKEA” instructions any time!
