The vehicle was delivered in unacceptable condition. It did not feel safe to drive and clearly needs either new tires or a proper alignment. The car was also not clean or hygienic when I received it. On top of that, the delivery was more than an hour late, which caused me to lose a significant amount of time.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Due to the safety concerns, poor vehicle condition, and delay, I believe compensation is completely justified.
