Crystal is very responsive and helpful. This is my first time using Turo (sorry Crystal!) and Crystal has been supportive. Definitely using her services in the future.

I truly enjoyed renting this vehicle! The pickup and drop-off process was incredibly easy and convenient. Crystal was amazing with communication and was even kind enough to accommodate my request to extend the rental. The car drove smoothly, was comfortable, and the panoramic sunroof was definitely a bonus! Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from Crystal again. Thank you so much for making everything seamless!
